Both shows take place in similar settings (post apocalyptic-type dystopian worlds) and have similar vibes and humour. The characters are very likeable with strong female characters (though you see more action from the women in Dorohedoro!) Both have great OPs and EDs!

However, Dorohedoro is much gorier and crazier than Kekkai Sensen. I wouldn’t suggest it for people who can’t stomach rotting corpses and flesh and such things, though they are somehow portrayed in a lighthearted(?) way. If you couldn't take the level of blood in Kekkai Sensen, then Dorohedoro is definitely not for you! That aside, if you've enjoyed both seasons of Kekkai Sensen, I think you'll enjoy Dorohedoro as well!
