COMMENTS FOR SUZUKA
Both anime series are adapted from the manga by the same author (Seo). Hence, expect similar themes, artwork design, and setting.
Then, there's the mood of the series which is a mixture of comedy, drama, and romance. Speaking of which, the main male protagonist is the center of it all. The addition in Suzuka is the sports theme involving track and field. In Kimi no Iru Machi (A Town Where You Live), there's more of drama.
Both series also takes place in a school life setting with a SoL vibe to it.

COMMENTS FOR FUUKA
These show us how a group of young people face love and life in the face of different difficulties of their day to day, two good stories about love and their laps, although Kimi is more serious than Fuuka, I consider both almost at par, Therefore, both protagonists must face harsh decisions and situations that determine their future (in both is preferable the manga before the anime) // Estos nos muestran cómo un grupo de jóvenes enfrentan el amor y la vida frente a distintas dificultades de su día a día, dos buenas historias sobre el amor y sus vueltas, aunque Kimi es mas serio que Fuuka, considero a ambos casi a la par, pues, ambos protagonistas deben de enfrentarse a duras decisiones y situaciones que determinaran su futuro (en ambos es preferible el manga antes del anime)

COMMENTS FOR THE KAWAI COMPLEX GUIDE TO MANORS AND HOSTEL BEHAVIOR
Both of these anime are very similar in romance, where the main character chases the other girl. Both of the female characters in both of the anime are tough nut to crack.
The difference is that in A Town Where You live, they're in more of the drama side compared to Kawaisou where they're full of comedy and light heartiness.

COMMENTS FOR WHITE ALBUM 2
Both are romance but with the fair amount of hardships along the way. There is also something that makes you feel frustrated with the romance while watching, but it's done in a way that you'd want to know what happens next.

COMMENTS FOR SCHOOL DAYS
Both are romance/drama/harem shows where the main guy has trouble breaking up with girls and is very indecisive (School Days takes it to the extreme though). They both have somewhat unique art styles and are about equally good. The differences are that School Days is a bit darker and more mature, while Kimi no Iru Machi covers a broader time span.
