COMMENTS FOR PANDORAHEARTS
Both of these series have similar protagonists. Ciel and Oz are wealthy children from prestigious families living in historical London, and they both have a close relationship with their servants. Both boys have entered into a contract with an otherworldly creature and both their servants (Sebastian and Gilbert) have dark and mysterious personalities, and even look a little similar.
Both stories could be considered dark, but they're both lightened with a little humor and eccentric characters. Also in both series Dolls are used as a symbol for madness and some characters are not as they appear.
Also, and this is something I feel I have to include, there is a little fanservice and suggestive scenes between Young Master and servant to attract shonen-ai fan viewers. However, it's not so heavy in either that it should turn off people who are not so fond of shonen-ai.
Kuroshitsuji is mainly about the young Phantomhive master whom has a butler named Sebastian Michaelis.... One "hell" of a butler. The young master takes on a series of cases for the queen, and in the process becomes aware of a certain group with questionable intent.
Pandora Hearts revolves around a young duke who has just come of age. After being sentenced to the prison known as abyss, he makes a contract with a being known as a "chain" in order to escape.
If you're into demonic contracts, shinigami, and those darkened themes... you're sure to love both of these amazing works.
Demon or Chain, both anime have the main character to be bound with a contract with demon(Kuroshitsuji) and a Chain (in Pandora Heart). Both main character have similar dark past that always haunt them and both main character's partner always show loyalties with the MC. The story is really interesting and accompanied buy a little bit comedy between characters.
COMMENTS FOR GOSICK
Both Gosick and Kuroshitsuji have main characters who help some kind of higher order solve 'unsolvable' mysteries. They also both have main characters who have a helper, in Gosick its a sidekick while in Kuroshitsuji is a butler. Gosick and Kuroshitsuji both are set around the same time period and have that same kind of vibe of something forever dark but somehow funny at the same time. While Gosick has more Romance in it Both are types of anime that will scare you almost half to death but keep you captivated while you are watching blood spill, even if your not the type to like such things. While in Gosick the helper is a human he is called The black Reaper which almost shares a tie into Kuroshitsuji where Sabastion is not a Grimm Reaper but a deamon. As you watch, like I said before, you will become captivated by what is going on even if its watching blood spill, but at the same time you will gain a kind of love for all the characters in them. Lastly both have huge climaxes that make you want to scream for more story and of the charaters in each. (which in Kuroshitsuji happens with the second season.) Hope you enjoy them.
Here we have an anime that takes place in a historical Europe. It stars a young and short person who dresses up in fancy costumes, love sweets and most importantly, can solves mysteries better than everyone else around him/her. He/she are guided by a black-haired man who has a strong bond with him/her. And together, the pair travels around, solving different mysteries that are related to the supernatural. Both Black Butler and Gosick are great historical mystery anime, and I highly recommend both series.

COMMENTS FOR DEATH NOTE
Both of them are (somewhat) darker, have a supernatural kinda deal going on, a non-human character who hangs around the main character and isn't quite good or evil, some mystery/detective themes, shinigami, clever and well-respected main characters, and blonde-haired girlfriends who just want to make the main character happy.
In Death Note, Ryuk has a relationship with Light that is kind of similar to Sebastian's relationship with Ciel. They aren't exactly good, but they aren't evil either. While Sebastian does assist Ciel and follow his orders, he is only doing so because of their contract (which is meant to benefit Sebastian); this is similar to Ryuk's relationship with Light- he will help Light on occasion, but only if he benefits from it as well. And of course both Sebastian and Ryuk are supernatural entities, Sebastian is a demon, while Ryuk is a shinigami.
Ciel could be considered to be like a detective, since he is the "Queen's Watchdog", and the Queen has ordered him to investigate and solve many cases. L plays a similar role in Death Note; he is a world-renowned detective who has solved numerous cases, and is put in charge of the Kira case. Ciel could be compared to L in a few ways- the Phantomhive family is shown to be powerful and influential, and Ciel becomes the head of the household after the death of his parents, and while L is also very powerful and influential, they are similar because L is more of a title than a person, and he has successors lying in wait to "become" L if the current L is to pass away. Both Ciel and L have similar personalities as well, they are both very reserved, serious, and clever, but can’t quite seem to take care of themselves without the assistance of a butler.
Both Kuroshitsuji and Death Note involve shinigami. While the shinigami of Kuroshitsuji use tools known as Death Scythes to end lives and collect souls, the shinigami of Death Note use Death Notes, which are essentially just notebooks in which they use to write the names of who will die. In both anime, there seems to be a society of shinigami who report to higher-ups, but Death Note differs in the way that the shinigami are much less motivated to do their jobs, and of course the shinigami of Kuroshitsuji look very much like humans (their eyes being the only indicator that they are death gods), while Death Note’s shinigami are somewhat-humanoid monsters. Ryuk could be compared to Grell in the way that he doesn’t seem to do his job, gets involved with humans despite the fact that he isn’t supposed to, and is motivated by things he finds to be fun and exciting. Both Ryuk and Grell seem to be out of place amongst the other shinigami as well, since Ryuk seems more human in his personality and mannerisms than most, and Grell seems to do what she can to stand out.
While Ciel has Elizabeth/Lizzy, Light is in a relationship (of sorts) with Misa. Both Misa and Lizzy are caring girlfriends who do what they can to help, have interests in cute things, and are overall very cheerful, yet childish. Of course, the main difference between the relationships is that although Ciel doesn’t seem to show it, he cares deeply for Lizzy, while Light is obviously only using Misa for his own benefit, and doesn’t appear to have any real feelings for her.
COMMENTS FOR HELLSING
If you enjoyed the Integra/Alucard dynamic then the Ceil/Sebastian relationship will seem very familiar. They both enjoy a dark element (Hellsing having violent characters and Kuroshitsuji having twisted characters). Side characters provide much of the comic relief in both with Kuroshisuji enjoying much more comedy than Hellsing.
The biggest similarity is Alucard and Sebastian. They seem cut from nearly the same mold in terms of character. If you liked one you will for sure like the other. They both chain themselves to humans who clearly need them. They are both very manipulative (even manipulating their masters). And just as it starts to appear they might really have some soul in them they remind you they aren't human they are vampire/demon.

COMMENTS FOR NEURO: SUPERNATURAL DETECTIVE
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro and Kuroshitsuji, in my opinion, are very closely related. Every episode is filled with a mystery and hold you to the very end! The differences are: Neuro's a detective, Sebastian's a butler. MTNN takes place mostly in Japan. Kuroshitsuji is in "back in the day" England. And Yako and Ciel are two totally different personalities, but even though they are the "main" focus of the story and are different from one another as it seems to me, Neuro and Sebastian are one in the same. Demons from Hell, looking for the best thing to eat, in Neuro's case it's the perfect mystery and for Sebastian it's the perfect soul, and they are very comical in a serious and, maybe cynical way. They go hand and hand~!
If it's mysteries, demons, and all around loveable characters you're looking for, both of these animes are for you!

COMMENTS FOR INU X BOKU SECRET SERVICE
Kuroshitsuji and InuBoku are both masterpieces.
Soushi(InuBoku) and Sebastian(Kuroshitsuji) are both servant-like figures, one a bodyguard and one a butler, who have power and reflexes that seem, and are, quite inhuman. Ririchiyo(InuBoku) and Ciel(Kuroshitsuji) are both the master of their servant, however Ciel is purely human while Ririchiyo is a youkai, only not as strong as Soushi. Both deal with the supernatural and contracts, but InuBoku is more lighthearted and humorous while Kuroshitsuji is darker and has less of a sense of humor(but there's definitely quite a few jokes in it!) Ciel and Ririchiyo are also both known for their famous family name.
These are my two favorite anime and manga series ever<3

COMMENTS FOR CODE GEASS: LELOUCH OF THE REBELLION
In both of these series, the protagonist is a person of high status who is proficient in chess and mind games. Both Lelouch and Ciel are driven by their hatred and make a contract with a supernatural being to fulfill their goals. Their contractors are also similar in some ways. If Sebastian was female, I suppose he would be a lot like C.C. Sebastian and C.C. both commonly make playful jabs at their contractors throughout the two series, and hold high importance in keeping their contractors alive. Lizzie and Shirley are also a bit similar. These series are also both set in British settings (although the Britain in Code Geass is futuristic whereas Kuroshitsuji is set in the Victorian Era) and deal with politics in some way or form (Code Geass much more so). They can also both have very dark moments as well as very comedic ones, and fair amounts of fanservice (for both the ladies and the men). Both of these series have ambiguous endings that require you to watch the second season/series for a true conclusion.

COMMENTS FOR DEVILS AND REALIST
To be honest, when I was watching Makai Ouji, the moment the word "butler" popped out, Kuroshitsuji was my first thought.
Those who like Makai Ouji for the "demon/devil" part should definitely watch Kuroshitsuji, and vice versa. Both animes have elements of the supernatural, as well as fighting scenes. The art is pretty decent for both animes too.
The main characters seem to be rather similar to me too. They both have a kind of "confident" personality, and both happen to come from a well-off family, or at least used to, in Makai Ouji's case.
All in all, I feel that both of them have pretty good plots, so give them a go!
COMMENTS FOR LOVELESS
Though the plots and story line are completely different, the main characters seem to have similarities.
First off, Ciel and Ritsuka are both 12. Though they have different voice actors, their voices sound extremely similar. They're both stubborn and have snarky attitudes throughout the series. They have also both lost something precious to them. Ciel his family, and Ritsuka his older brother. Both lost their relatives due to fires. (in Loveless, this is directed via anime, as to where the manga tells otherwise about his brother's 'status'.)
Soubi and Sebastian are similar as well. Both have extrodinary powers and call the main characters their 'masters'. They are both in a contract of sorts with the kids, and their lives are made to serve said boys and protect them at all costs, also being ordered to do whatever their masters want. Both men are calm and composed and are rarely seen angry. The only difference is that Sebastian is a butler, as to where Soubi is a 'servent'. (Yes, that's similar, but with different meanings of the words) Also, Sebastian seems a lot darker than Soubi personality wise.

COMMENTS FOR NABARI NO OU
For some reason these 2 series remind me of each other. Miharu & Ciel seem to be both almost apathetic, and both have an older male that takes care of them & protects them. Both Yoite & Sebastian have some sort of "power" that allows them to protect their younger male character, and and sort of look the same in character design, in that they are tall and have longish black hair. I really loves both series, so I hope whoever reads this will too.

COMMENTS FOR HELLSING ULTIMATE
First off, both shows take place mainly in England and the main characters are British. Second, both main protagonists possess badass butlers (I'm actually talking about Walter here, not Alucard) and have total control over a demonic monster that carries out their master's will (This is Alucard), regardless of morals or relationships. Additionally, the ending of Hellsing Ultimate was similar to the ending of Black Butler season 2, but I won't say why for the sake of not spoiling either show. But, in the end, both series, despite the similarities, are full to the brim of their own great points and I highly recommend both, especially if you've already seen one.

COMMENTS FOR D.GRAY-MAN
Both take place in a Victorian era. They also have very similar animation styles if that's what catches your eye.
They both contain demons and other supernatural elements.
These shows both contain very serious dark moments lightened by jokes and silly facial animations.
Kuroshitsuji has a much more extreme side to the light hearted content.
Main characters have a strong past that make them the character they are in the show.
D.Gray-man obviously has the better character depth because it has more episodes and you get to know and love them as the show progresses.
If you love the era of D.Gray-man while sticking with the supernatural themes, Black Butler is definitely worth checking out.

COMMENTS FOR SOUL EATER
though they are different, I was watching them at the same time (had already seen soul eater but was showing some friends) and there were some similarities.
dr. stein and undertaker both have insane personalities and similar character designs.
also, they have the concept of death scythes. in soul eater however, they are people. it's just interesting to think about the similarities and concepts you can come up with with these two.
they also both started airing in 2008.
in book of circus, joke's VA plays death the kid in soul eater. (sub)
COMMENTS FOR HELL GIRL
Both Black Butler (Kuroshitsuji) and Hell Girl (Jigoku Shouju) are great anime that base their story of going to hell bound beings to take out their revenge.
While Black Butler keeps it's story based on one character at a time (the first season being Ciel Phantomhive and the second being Earl Alois Trancy) and Hell Girl changes characters each episode, other than the main hell bound beings, of course.
Both series are twisted and keeps you trapped in their worlds. I greatly recommend both.
COMMENTS FOR TACTICS
In both series the Master-Servant relationship is highlighted. While Kuroshitsuji is a dark comedy based in the Victorian period (England), Tactics is based in the Edo period (Japan). In Kuroshitsuji the servant is a butler who is not human who has great supernatural power, while in tactics the servant is also non-human with great supernatural power. In both series, the duo are bonded to each other in a somewhat very similar manner. Tactics is far more comedic, with a few serious moments here and there, while Kuroshitsuji can be quite heavy and dark with a sprinkling of comedy. In both, the masters are young and intelligent boys who are largely without family and quite dependent, except for when sticky situations arrive that call for intervention from their supernatural servants.
