COMMENTS FOR THE MYSTIC ARCHIVES OF DANTALIAN
Both stories contain a mysterious little girl that is in a place filled with books and is found by the male protagonist who saves the girl countless times in their mysteries or adventures. The two bicker at some things, but they truly get along in some points, and there may be a future love interests in some parts of the episodes. Also both girls contain a supernatural power that either saves or solves real problems, and the truth of that power may be revealed in future episodes.
Both are focused around library and books. Main characters are man and tsundere little girl solving mysteries and the man has a cheerful female friend who tsundere little girl doesn't like. Seriously if I were the writer of Gosick I would sue Dantalian no Shoka for plagiatarism. Sure there are some differences(Dantalian has more action and less mystery solving), but in the end these two animes are so much alike its annoying and awesome at the same time.

COMMENTS FOR HEAVEN'S MEMO PAD
According to MAL, Gosick ended on the very day Kamisama started airing. HMMM. There must've been some kind of loli detective craze over in Japan, at the time. (Either that or the anime people were running low on material to sell to those looking for 'daughters', at the time, and opted for the not-so-popular aging detective genre. Idk.)
These two are built on the same foundations: In both there's an all-knowing reclusive loli, solving every case with their intellect/deus ex machina powers. They recruit Mr. Plain Average to be their masochistic doormats; mostly only existing to go from A-to-B on command and have things thrown at them from time to time.
Gosick has more than in the way of romance; Kamisama only offering tsundere rage over teddy sniffing. Gosick also has its heroine display adult maturity, as well as be childish over sweets... where as Ms. Kamisama wears teddy bear attire and, outside of case-rambling, might as well be the preteen she appears to be. BUT, if you're proud of being unemployed and not receiving education, Kamisama is for you.
When I watched the first episode of Memo-chou, I felt it was very very similar to Gosick. I mean, look at the female protagonists. Both are bossy loli characters that solve the mysteries. Though Gosick didn't have a cast of characters that assist in solving the mysteries, Memo-chou does, and it successfully introduces them in a forty-five minute first episode. Is that amazing or what?
Also, the male protagonists of of both anime are reluctantly dragged into the mysteries. The art styles aren't that similar, but they have somewhat similar supporting characters as well as main ones.
Ayaka is very similar to Cecile-sensai, as she seems to be the only one able to force Alice to do things that others would be scared of trying.
Although the characters are very similar, there is one solid difference that might put off a few people.
Gosick is more horror-oriented while Kamisama no Memo-chou is more crime and actual detective work.
Despite these differences, I implore you to check out the other. They're both great.
COMMENTS FOR HYOUKA
Both are about child detectives that for the most part only solve mysteries when persuaded. In Hyouka the Main Charcther is the detective while in Gosick the Main Charcther meets the detective and is the one who persuades who to solve mysteries while in Hyouka it's the opposite where the Main Charcther is persuaded by the female lead. Both are very enjoyable and can make you think but in Gosick it's much darker were as Hyouka is mostly every day mysteries.

COMMENTS FOR SPICE AND WOLF
If you watched Gosick for the romance/character interactions rather than for the mystery elements(which is the correct way to watch it btw) then I highly recommend Spice and wolf.
The character interactions between the main characters are actually quite similar, although I do personally find the conversations between Holo and Lawrence to be more witty and their relationship more mature.
Also do keep in mind that Spice and Wolf depends less on Moe, whether that is a plus or minus you decide for yourself.
COMMENTS FOR TORADORA!
Alright listen up. Literally during the first episode of Gosick I thought that this was going to be like a mirror of Toradora, and I was excited. The only real difference between the two shows is that Gosick is darker, and has mystery elements to it, while Toradora is completely rom-com/slice of life. However, both plots both progress the romance of the two MC's very well, and the characters are almost IDENTICAL.
Let me give a few examples:
-Both MC's are misunderstood and feared by most of the outsiders.
-Kujou, the male-lead from Gosick, is a little less aggressive than Ryuji, but not by much. And they BOTH talk about how their eyes make give them a bad impression.
-Both female-leads have the same attitudes towards the male-lead, but I won't go into it much considering I would have to show some spoilers.
Overall the love story is very alike and they both wrap up in a very similar fashion. If you enjoyed Toradora, and don't mind a little mystery and a darker plot, you should love Gosick. If you enjoyed Gosick and want a show focused more on comedy and relationships, you will love Toradora.
Both show's left me with a void longing for more. Just go watch them.

COMMENTS FOR CASE CLOSED
Little children solving cases one after another. While the first one is originally a High School student turned to a boy due to a drug and the second one is purely loli with a dark past, both anime still portrays cases in which needs to solving that range from murder, conspiracy, a black organization and more.
COMMENTS FOR UN-GO
I feel Gosick and Un-go have a similar feel to each other in the setting because when it first starts out it make's you kinda restless with the mysteries and the main characters in which here the "main" one's are Victorique and Kujo and Inga and Shinjuro. These characters referring to Victorique and Inga both have a weird aura or vibe and the stories are quite interesting there both mysteries and worth the while it just gives you this nice feel that makes you keep watching i on accident found both of them and fell in love! maybe you will to? haha

COMMENTS FOR PANDORAHEARTS
Both of these animes have the main characters as a guy and a girl.
Though Pandora Hearts has to do a lot with getting rid of demons from the Abyss, while Gosick only deals with mysteries, they remind me of each other.
In each anime, the guy MC has to go find the girl MC and ends up saying their name 20 million times, then yelling it, then saying that they are friends.
There is the presence of love in both animes, but it's definitely not the main plot, in fact, it practically brushes the tip of both animes.
They seem to have nothing in common at first, but if you look at the depths of the anime, you will see the similarities.

COMMENTS FOR UMINEKO: WHEN THEY CRY
Both animes are set in similar times and have a similar style/feel to them. They're both not afraid to show blood, but Umineko takes that lack of fear a bit farther than GOSICK does. They each are very mystery-oriented stories(though it doesn't adapt well in the Umineko anime), and are quite fun to try and figure out!
I'd say GOSICK is pretty much a mix between your average detective anime and Umineko, but with a bit lighter feel to it..

COMMENTS FOR CROISéE IN A FOREIGN LABYRINTH THE ANIMATION
although both animes have some differences, the artwork and characters are really similar. Both have a very cute main protagonist, also, a both anime's have the two main characters from different backgrounds, however, instead of the lead male going to the lead females country, its the other way round. Also, Ikoku Meiro no Croisee is more refreshing so if one enjoyed gosick, its more likely they'll enjoy this anime too.

COMMENTS FOR BEAUTIFUL BONES -SAKURAKO'S INVESTIGATION-
Both are mystery anime and have a very similar atmosphere. The main protagonists, a female genius and a soft-hearted but brave supporting male student solve mysterious cases. Though every episode greets us with yet another mystery there is a clear secret around the main character Sakurako, as we had it in Gosick with little Victorique.
The main female protagonists act very similar; sometimes they are very honest and concentrated on the case, other times they act childish, especially while having an argument with the male protagonist.
An amazing detail to notice is the way both Sakurako and Victorique solve those mysteries. Victorique gathers her 'fragments of chaos' in a wondrous, fantastical demonstration of her way of thinking shown as splitted crystals and Sakurako seems to be trying to feel the situation as we can see bones floating around with her saying 'let us solve the mystery!'.
Both shows give mystery lovers this epic, unique feeling.

COMMENTS FOR DEATH NOTE
Both these anime involve solving supernatural mystery (singular for death note, plural for gosick)
The differences show where the super smart protagonist is male in Death Note but female in Gosick.
Victorique has wierd habits and solves mysteries insanely fast and police often rely on her, just like L. She also only takes cases that interest her, just like L. Also Gosick is told from protagonist point of view, where as Death Note is told from antagonist point of view (mostly)
