COMMENTS FOR OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB
It might be quicker to list the things these shows DON'T have in common. Similarities include:
A strong comedic element
Lots of otaku culture references
The characters are all a little deeper than first meets the eye
Funimation gave each of them a really good dub, if you watch anime in English
Basically, they're each a break-down of the reverse harem genre, spurred on by a main heroine who doesn't really fit the role. If you enjoyed one, I'm sure you'll like the other.

COMMENTS FOR WOTAKOI: LOVE IS HARD FOR OTAKU
Both shows have a female main character who is a fujoshi/otaku and their obsession with anime and BL (Boys Love). Both shows have cosplayers, otaku-related things and handsome male main characters in common. Also both shows have little bit of a light-hearted romance and is more on the comedy side.

COMMENTS FOR THE HIGHSCHOOL LIFE OF A FUDANSHI
F YOU LOVE BL YOU'LL RELATE TO THESE SERIES
Watashi ga Motete Dousunda (Kiss Him, Not Me) revolves around a fujoshi, while Fudanshi Koukou revolves around a fudanshi. The only difference between these terms is that they're assigned to gender. They simply mean 'spoiled girl/boy' and have become know as people that love BL.
In both series, the mains love everything BL, and even see it in their everyday lives. They go to conventions to buy Doujinshi, meets Fujoshi friends, and fan over meeting their dream artists.

COMMENTS FOR MONTHLY GIRLS' NOZAKI-KUN
This is, in a way, similar to the story of Watashi ga Motete Dousunda because both main characters like anime and manga. Of course unlike Kae, Chiyo has a crush on the main male character and doesn't want to see him with anyone else but her, however the comedy between the two anime is similar and in my opinion Kae and Chiyo have similar reactions to different type of situation. Plus every fan wants Kae to end up with one of the boys and Chiyo to end up with Nozaki even if both girls have some issues on the way to get what we want.

COMMENTS FOR MAGIC-KYUN! RENAISSANCE
Both have the same reverse harem, where it involves one girl with a bunch of guys, vying for the girl's affection, however, characterwise, the girl in Magic-Kyun is a bit more matured compared to the girl from Watashi ga Motete, whose is a bit on the immature side.

COMMENTS FOR MASAMUNE-KUN'S REVENGE
Both feature a main character who was fat but after losing weight became very popular. You could say both shows are Harems as well, and the MC lives with a sibling of the opposite sex and their mother.

COMMENTS FOR MAGICAL GIRL ORE
Both anime series fall into the same rare category of fanservice-filled shoujo (?) demographic gag comedies.
Although Mahou Shoujo Ore is more based in fantasy (because with a Magical Girl concept, how could it not be?), both series have similar humour styles and underlying romantic tension.

COMMENTS FOR RAINBOW DAYS
Good romance, it has a group as the main focus and they are not clichés, but rather short both and contains light comedy as well.

COMMENTS FOR ANIME-GATARIS
Even though these two anime didn't have the same goal at all, with one being a reverse harem with the main female that ships them together, and the other building a steady and official anime club, they have similar points.
- They're both made to be lighthearted and funny
- The references of other anime are present in both
- The word anime itself is mentioned often in both
- They both have that one episode where the main characters go to an anime convention
- They have at least one character that doesn't know what's going on most of the time

COMMENTS FOR LOVE STAGE!!
I think these two anime have the same feel to them, I thought maybe that it might have been done by the same studio or producers but I've found no connection except for the fact that both of the manga authors make BL manga.
Both center around romance and boy love in particular, although with Watashi ga Motete Dousunda the main love story is a straight one. And in Love Stage!! the main pair get together pretty quick in comparison to the fact that Watashi ga Motete Dousunda is a harem and has no main couple.
Other similarities between the shows is that both main characters are otaku who love a certain anime character and that there is a (very) small element of cross dressing in both. Some characters have similar character designs and personality traits as well.
But if you like romance and BL both shows are probably going to be a fun watch, as you can watch a really endearing, fun and pretty hot gay relationship in Love Stage!! and relate to what Kae-chan feels in Watashi ga Motete Dousunda as well as see some really nice fan service moments that feel like a part of the story since its portrayed like fan service for the fujoshi characters not just the viewers.

COMMENTS FOR YOWAMUSHI PEDAL
ok hear me out with this: I know "Kiss him Not Me is reverse harem and yowamushi pedal has absolutely nothing to do with cutesy romance comedy stuff..... however watching this i couldn't help but think of yowamushi pedal.
For one thing the main characters are literally the same. Both of them are otakus and are trying to get their friends to watch anime. while yowamushi pedal is strongly about bicycles its actually about this lonely non athletic otaku that just wants to make friends so he can hang out and go buy anime stuff together. Well one day he meets a guy on the bicycle riding team who encourages him to join and the he finds that he enjoys riding with his friends. Kiss Him not Me to me is not only HILARIOUS but its kinda the same premise! Like yes shes an otaku but everyone but those 5 guys and her friend is mean to her because shes overweight and likes anime so definitely give Yowamushi Pedal a watch if you enjoyed Kiss Him Not Me :D
