Both animes possess these qualities:
A Harem that develops around a resisting main character
a main character that is rather likable in a harem anime
Supernatural elements:Vampires and demons in Strike the blood and in Campione! there are magic and gods
both main characters are some of the strongest beings on the planet(the MC of Campione is literally god-like)
and an echii-ish scene begins when they want to unlock their powers(Strike the Blood: blood sucking, Campione: a rather deep kiss)

COMMENTS FOR A CERTAIN MAGICAL INDEX
It wouldn't be surprising to see 'Strike the Blood' popped up in people's minds if they had previously seen 'Toaru Majutsu no Index'. In terms of superiority, 'Toaru Majutsu no Index' is the master while 'Strike the Blood' is the apprentice in a world filled with various supernatural beings. Both these series demonstrate that with teamwork and perseverance, battles can be won by either single-handedly overpowering your opponents or having support beside you in the most dire of situations.
'Toaru Majutsu no Index' draws upon different perceptions from various characters not to mention multiple main ones who could form a connection with the viewers with only a few encounters. There aren't a lot of your so-called typical harem and comedy which is one of the standouts of this series and that alone gives it a certain quality as to how 'Toaru Majutsu no Index' should be remembered. Adding to the clean and exciting quality battles throughout the series, this is the icing on the cake.
'Strike the Blood' focuses a lot of their appeal on the girls fanservice mixture and place their chips solely on a single male character powerhouse. The mild and short battles lacks appeal every now and then due to the fact that it is devoting a lot on the harem nature which is a make or break situation because in that one instant you will either like them or hate them, disliking fanservice is technically a killer right here.

COMMENTS FOR TOKYO RAVENS
The story follows several main characters, (usually focuses on a guy and a girl), who are enjoying their lives in a bright atmosphere, until a threat is present in their location. Each arc contains an antagonist who mostly threatening the main characters or several methods in achieving their goals. Suipernatural themes were used to fight off enemies with their unique powers.
Strike the Blood follows an male immortal vampire who is watched by a female observer to prevent from dangerous act. Tokyo Ravens follows an ordinary teenager boy, until he was contracted by a familiar with his childhood friend and helps achieve her goals.
COMMENTS FOR BLOOD LAD
These two primarily action-focused anime both feature a strong male lead that is an immortal vampire. Both male leads can summon familiars and other powers that they use in battle. Both anime also contain a bit of romance, and a good amount of comedy and ecchi/fanservice.

COMMENTS FOR DEMON KING DAIMAO
Both series involve a boy, who's pretty serious and if it wasn't for the series actually TELLING you that he will cause a big deal of damage and annoyance to the other characters in the series, you would of never have suspected him to do anything to cause attention and could make the easy assumption that he's just a typical dopey protagonist that the female characters can scream at and take their misunderstandings seriously.
Both series also reveal an observer that have been sent over to make sure they aren't messing anything up. This causes the male lead to become nervous, and again the misunderstandings are taken serious. Cause the threat to "report sexual harassment" to occur.
Of course, both revolve around the same thing as - the male lead has a power that he rather not have, but uses seriously when he feels the time is right. A lot of people think the male lead's a bad guy before they have even done anything destructive.
Although both series have great similarities, Ichiban Ushiro Daimaou is vastly more entertaining. So, I suppose it's safe to say - if you like one of these, you'll like the other. Or not.

COMMENTS FOR HIGH SCHOOL DXD
Well they are practically the same in terms of theme and tropes. Ecchi,, High School Settings, and the MC has a massive Harem, and action based. However, unlike Strike the Blood, High School DxD has a much better world building, better characters in general, actually good plot, and the fan service is borderline Hentai. However I do think the actions in Strike the Blood are slightly better. If you enjoyed Strike the Blood I highly recommend watching out High School DxD. But I can't say so for the other way round. If you really liked High School DxD I can't say you will enjoy Strike the Blood for sure.

COMMENTS FOR THE IRREGULAR AT MAGIC HIGH SCHOOL
These two anime both feature a futuristic world which is filled with magic and magic-related elements. Strike the Blood goes a bit further by also adding in some supernatural elements. They both contain action and romance, but Strike the Blood also adds in some ecchi and comedy.
Both anime also feature annoying, yet skillful female main characters. You have Miyuki from Mahouka who calls her brother Tatsuya by "Onii-sama" about a hundred times per episode and Yukina from Strike the Blood who insists on interrupting Kojou's catchphrase "This is my fight" with her infamous "No Senpai, this is OUR fight."

COMMENTS FOR THE DEVIL IS A PART-TIMER!
Both have a main male character with great supernatural power, in positions that are seen as threats to humanity, which cause the main female character heroine to antagonize and supervise the main male character despite his upstanding, even heroic, behavior.
However, while they're both shounen plots, in "Hataraku Maou-sama!", the plot is light and comedic, and the romantic subplot is more subtle than it is in the more serious and harem plot format in "Strike the Blood".
If you like supernatural shounen titles with strong, upstanding male leads with sassy main female love interests, both are worth checking out.

COMMENTS FOR BLUE EXORCIST
The main characters are supernatural beings that are trying to learn to live with their demonic powers and to search for the truth behind it and its origins. They are both considered highly dangerous as they have issues controlling it. Ao no Exorcist is more of a classic shounen while Strike the Blood tends to be more of your action-harem series. Both showcase pretty cool powers and fighting sequences.

COMMENTS FOR A CERTAIN SCIENTIFIC RAILGUN
Similar atmosphere/feel, both are sci-fi/magic-orientated, mostly female cast with one guy in the middle of it, have separate 2-4 episode arcs that are not that related to each other. Only difference is that Railgun revolves around one girl more and Stb revolves around one guy and his magical harem (plus there's more ecchi in the latter)

COMMENTS FOR BEYOND THE BOUNDARY
Female lead is voiced by the same seiyuu (Risa Taneda), and both frequently address their senpais (i.e. the male leads). Both female leads are also contacted by outside organizations to follow the male lead & possibly kill him.
Both deal with supernatural phenomena, and the male leads contain extraordinary beings within them that grants them great powers. The romantic elements are also similar.
Lots of "senpai" action!

COMMENTS FOR MAGICAL WARFARE
Both of these anime have fantasizing imagery of either demons and vampires or magicians and wizards. The main characters are joined upon by group of friends which are almost the same and have the same personalities. If you enjoy some romantic feeling, in school and magical explosion-action. This anime is for you!

COMMENTS FOR SERAPH OF THE END: VAMPIRE REIGN
Vampires, vampires, vampires!
Both shows revolve around vampires and how they're a nuisance to society. Owari no Seraph doesn't quite hold the same comedic aspects as Strike the Blood, but if you're looking for a more serious, darker show about vampiric and human relations, Owari no Seraph is the way to go.

COMMENTS FOR TRINITY SEVEN
One powerful guy surrounded by a bunch of girls. Guy has a lot of power/potential and the girls are pretty powerful too. The difference would be that Arata is a lot more funnier then Kojou and not as dense.

COMMENTS FOR IS THIS A ZOMBIE?
A guy has their lives runs smoothly, until an incident happened before the story starts. However, they have this unique power where the main male character stands up... Immortal powers. In this the case they can't either be killed, or being brutally torn to pieces regardless of what they do. Though a threat is present in their area and they used these powers to help out their friends or the people around them.
Strike the Blood, follows an immortal vampire with supernatural powers, while Kore wa Zombie, follows an immortal zombie who dresses up a "Girl" to fight off monsters.
