COMMENTS FOR THE IRREGULAR AT MAGIC HIGH SCHOOL
Fruit of Grisaia and Irregular, oh man. Where do I begin? The badass main character, the ridiculous harem, the overplayed enemies of the main cast. They are so similar it's physically painful. Except, what is this? Grisaia is better. Why? It's simple. Because Grisaia is horribly aware of what it is. It's a harem show with an awesome protagonist doing awesome thing. The creators know it and they break nearly every stereotype it sets. Irregular insults the audience's intelligence. They divert your attention with lengthy meta-explanations and incest they pretend isn't there. Not a single person in this entire cast was worth anything to the main story. NOTHING. You could've changed any of their personalities, destroyed any of their backstories/existence, and the story would've been the same.
Mahouka and Grisaia series have a badass MC with cool support characters around him. In Mahouka most of the support characters don´t get developed and the story revolves around the MC and the MH while in Grisaia you´ll see cool backstories with a lot of drama and action.
With you like series with good MCs, good animation, sound tracks,ETC you´ll certainly like it.

COMMENTS FOR ANGEL BEATS!
2nd half of Grisaia no Kajitsu reminded me a lot of Angel Beats. Both series talk a lot about death and how people behave when they are on the brink of death. Both series feature characters who carry deep regrets after (they believe) causing the harm to their friend or family.
Whereas Angel Beats is about purgatory, where every character in the story has already died, Grisaia no Kajitsu is about near-death experience, where characters come out of scenarios where they are the only surviving person. These issues are explored thoroughly from the 2nd half of Grisaia no Kajitsu all the way through to the two sequels.

COMMENTS FOR BAKEMONOGATARI
The MCs both meet a ton of girls which have problems and he helps them with solving said problems. In the Monogatari series, the MC is a vampire and the girls are often possessed by spirits or aberrations (often caused trough past traumas etc). In Grisaia the MC is a trained assassin and the girls all suffer from mental disorders/traumas. Some of the girls in Monogatari also suffer from mental disorders next to their possession.
Monogatari is more intellectual and does things really smart. A lot of irony and methaphorical wordplay. Grisaia takes itself too serious at times but it's a fun ride.
Both MCs have balls and are not afraid to take decisions. Both series contain ecchi and action oriented elements.

COMMENTS FOR CLASSROOM OF THE ELITE
Watching Classroom of the Elite really reminded me of Grisaia. The MCs are very similar, and the main supporting characters/harem around the MCs are similar too. Even the themes resemble each other to a large extent, both revolve around the protagonist helping a bunch of girls with their respective issues, Grisaia to a larger extent than Classroom of the Elite.
Parts of the storylines in both verge towards the ridiculous. They both have a relatively large amount of unnecessary fanservice, but nice animation and sound.
Classroom of the Elite does the school aspect better and focusses on the environment more, but Grisaia has better developed characters and a more complex plot overall.
Grisaia is also quite a bit more mature than Classroom of the Elite.
Nonetheless, if you liked one, you might as well give the other a try. XD

COMMENTS FOR LITTLE BUSTERS!
These two series follow multiple students' lives. The art style in both, for the most part, is bishoujo...Which, you guessed it, means they have harem elements. However, they are most similar for having a hint of mystery rather than just vapid (or simplistic) slice of life. To be warned, however, Grisaia has a lot more outright fanservice and violence, while Little Busters has little to none of those things.
Both of these anime keep an air of drama to them, through character development and interpersonal relationships. They also have that clean, crisp artistic style found in a lot of vn-based anime.
COMMENTS FOR CLANNAD
The word 'harem' generally has a static meaning, but Grisaia no Kajitsu and Clannad redefine it. Both are stunning school romance dramas, featuring similar protagonists. They follow the same formula, dedicating a few episodes to each of the girls. Both series are effective tearjerkers and are absolutely heartbreaking.

COMMENTS FOR BRYNHILDR IN THE DARKNESS
If you give the girls in each series a lugubrious backstory and fetishize them completely and you have two very similar works. The narratives in each are somewhat action based, but ultimately neither feel too far away from being just another Elfen Lied clone ten years too late.

COMMENTS FOR THE WORLD GOD ONLY KNOWS
The World God Only Knows and Grisaia no Kajitsu are both in the Harem anime genre: multiple girls fall in love with one guy. The first season of Grisaia no Kajitsu and the first two seasons of The World God Only Knows are divided into several arcs, one for each heroine the main protagonist meets. One major trait shared by these two anime that made me really like them both is their amount and quality of character development. Throughout each arc of the two anime, the protagonist and the viewer learn about the heroine’s personal difficulties or a major event that took place in their past, and the protagonist helps the heroine overcome the scars or handicaps resulting from them. Both anime also have sequel seasons with plots that go a different direction than their previous seasons, but have many of the same characters.

COMMENTS FOR WHEN THEY CRY
Both have this feeling of "moe, gore and harem" with them and are based on visual novels. Grisaia no Kajitsu's first ep ended up just like Higurashi would, with this dark feeling on it. I must admit I was going to drop it, but for some reason I ended up watching the whole ep, and I'm glad I did. It's not so bad, however, it has this feeling of "getting worse during next episodes" that I hate.
I guess that if you liked Higurashi you'll at least have this nostalgia feeling with Grisaia, since they're pretty similar.
COMMENTS FOR REWRITE
They both have multiple heroines with a male protagonist as the main character at the center of everything. Each heroine has a unique past later found out through the anime. However, "Rewrite" has a supernatural theme to it unlike the series of "Grisaia".

COMMENTS FOR ALDNOAH.ZERO
While both series belong to different genres, one thing they both have in common is a similarly stoic protagonist who is always logical and hardly ever expresses emotion. And in both series, they're both mysterious protagonists, since very little backstory is given to explain their stoic personalities. But in Grisaia no Meikyuu and Grisaia no Rakuen, we eventually learn a lot more about Yuuji's backstory, explaining why he is the way he is. On the other hand, Aldnoah Zero's second season never explains Inaho's backstory.

COMMENTS FOR MY TEEN ROMANTIC COMEDY SNAFU
If you read the synopsis of both anime you might think how are they similiar? Well its because they are both unique to to their genre. Grisia is not the typical harem as you learn by the end of the first episode that it has dark elements in it. Yahari isn't one of those rom-coms where all the characters are happy and optimistic. Both have dark elements to them that aren't expected for their genre. In addition, the main cast for both anime have completely different personalities from each other so no two characters feel the same.
