COMMENTS FOR JUST BECAUSE!
Very similar animes. Tsuki ga Kirei could be seen as a version of Just Because! in middle school. Besides having the same atmosphere, the romance type is very close to the one observed in Just Because!. They seem very realistic and not sometimes overly comic and silly.
The pace is very comfortable where there is no redundancies that'll make the story boring. It captures the viewer from the start until the end. The innocence of the characters in Tsuki ga is very notable. Probably its what it makes better than Just Because! where they are older.
Calm, nice and very cozy school romance dramas.
The two started when the girl and the boy slowly fell with each other but when the time came when they have to choose their school, (the difference is Tsuki ga kirei was during their Middle School while Just Because! was during their highschool) they did everything to be with the person they love, in the end, it's a happy ending.

COMMENTS FOR KIMI NI TODOKE: FROM ME TO YOU
TL;DR: Both anime are extremely similar in terms of the romance and the respective characters in the show, but slightly different in regards to the length.
Kimi ni Todoke and Tsuki ga Kirei are truly gems in the romance department that are rarely seen in anime nowadays in which you have a pure relationship born from circumstances that the audience can actually relate to. The characters aren't blatantly unrealistic or in possession of supernatural/magical ability. They are simply two, normal individuals, who find affection in one another as they steadily become more involved with one another over time—recognizing each other's virtues and personalities.
The characters are also super similar in that the main protagonists are shy to some degree, but still seek to show their affection and grow closer to one another. It's just so satisfying to watch their subtle displays of affection every now and then.
The primary difference between the two shows lies in the pacing. Kimi ni Todoke uses 2 full seasons of around 26 eps each to develop the relationship between the main characters while Tsuki ga Kirei uses 12 eps to fully develop the relationship. Regardless, whether it be one or the other, the development is done spectacularly.

COMMENTS FOR 5 CENTIMETERS PER SECOND
This anime felt a lot like a more in-depth version f the beginnings of 5cm per Second. Similar plot, with young middle school kids having developed some sort of friendship or relationship with Tsukigakirei going a little bit more deeply into their developing feelings for one another. Both have a similar story with how the female character moves away during their high school years, however Tsukigakirei has the ending that would pretty much be the "what if?" ending for 5cm if the two ended up working out the distance problem and ended up together. Tsuki ga Kirei is a lot more detailed, considering it is a 12 episode series as opposed to a three part special.

COMMENTS FOR WANDERING SON
Both series have that shy ambientantion, with characters that doesnt show themselves that much, and making you wonder what are they thinking about and how they feel. A show to relax and enjoy a cute history very well told without cliches and fanservice.
COMMENTS FOR ORANGE
Orange and Tsuki ha Kirei are both really great School/SliceOfLife/Romance anime, that really stand out in the genre. In both series' the cast of characters is just perfect, since you can't hate on anyone on, because they all have their own, believeable goals in mind. If you liked Orange (or Tsuki ga Kirei) you will fall in love with the other one for sure!

COMMENTS FOR MY LOVE STORY!!
Both shows have a male and female MC who are inexperienced in love who eventually fall for each despite their differences. Both shows also have a very sweet/innocent tone to them, and they both have a romance which develops very early in the show.

COMMENTS FOR THE PET GIRL OF SAKURASOU
First of all, both are exceptional school romance anime with relatively slow paced story and character build up.
Both anime showcase the reality and crude side of the real world whereby hard-work might not be enough to catch your dream, however, the 'never give up' spirit might turn things around in the future.
Both anime come with dramas that might get emotional and bring back the feeling of when we first time fall in love.
COMMENTS FOR TORADORA!
Toradora goes over similar events that happen in Tsuki ga Kirei. If you haven't watched Toradora for what ever reason and are looking for a romance similarly satisfying, Toradora is a good one to check out. If you watched Toradora and have been searching for an anime that is like it for quite some time, I really suggest Tsuki ga Kirei.

COMMENTS FOR SCHOOL DAYS
They are not really similar in their execution, but both animes depict well the importance of relationships, and how you shouldn't f*ck up when loving someone, also, I think both are very realistic, sure, School days has its harem, but I guess that what Makoto did, was what almost every horny teenager out of his mind would do if he had all those chicks at his hand.
Tsuki ga kirei depicts a nice light hearted portray of healthy school romance, with its problems and loveable learning, so both animes show how real life people feelings work like, and there's where I find the big similarity.

COMMENTS FOR OUR LOVE HAS ALWAYS BEEN 10 CENTIMETERS APART.
Both shows are serious, melancholy, straight-forward romance stories with no fan service and characters who act like real kids. 10 Centimeters is a little more dramatic and a little less focused on the small details of life, but is generally in the same vein.

COMMENTS FOR SCUM'S WISH
Both Tsuki ga Kirei and Kuzu no Honkai has their romance part being very realistic and placed with reality - except one is about hardships of a relationship through growing up and being affected by their friends and family, while the other one was dating someone else to soothe the pain for not being able to date their crush to the point of comforting each other sexually.)
