COMMENTS FOR KOKORO CONNECT
Both deal with teenagers in a club in high school that deal with supernatural abilities. In Yamada's case, the high school club is centres around finding people with supernatural abilies, with some of the members having supernatural abilities. However, in Kokoro Connect the characters don't do anything in their stupid damn club (sure, the club in Yamada-kun was also pointless with the characters mucking around but at least that club had an objective!) until some supernatural stuff suddenly punches them in their stupid faces. Both of these anime flip flop through many different supernatural abilities but with body swapping being the first supernatural ability the characters encounter and the main attraction. Both anime also have romance as one of the main elements. In Kokoro Connect the anime takes a lot more of a dramatic route (MELODRAMIC -_-), while in Yamada-kun it takes more of a comedic route. Sure, there is drama in Yamada but there's still a lot of comedic moments. And you won't see as much melodrama in there as Kokoro Connect! That's for sure. Yamada-kun and Kokoro Connect do have lots in common and when watching Yamada-kun I couldn't help but get traumatising flashbacks to the time I had to suffer through Kokoro Connect.
I always think of this anime as the serious version of Yamada-kun and the seven witches, probably because the first phenomenon was body-switching.
This anime shares similar characteristics with Yamada-kun and the seven witches, but the character relationships and the plot are more complicated, dark and sinister. I think this is like the better version of the playful latter.
COMMENTS FOR CHARLOTTE
Charlotte and Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo (or Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches) focus towards a group of students who have their own supernatural abilities such as teleporting, invisibility, etc. Some characters even have a depressing backstory or life in general yet they keep their heads held high
The group of friends or acquaintances set a goal to find other people with supernatural abilities like them to accomplish something important using teamwork

COMMENTS FOR RASCAL DOES NOT DREAM OF BUNNY GIRL SENPAI
I initially went into both of these shows thinking they would be generic high school harems with some supernatural shenanigans thrown in, but ended up being surprised by how well these shows executed their premises with engaging interactions and solid characterizations through supernatural phenomena. While Yamada-kun does have the harem tag, it's really as much of a harem as Bunny Girl Senpai is with the protagonists only being interested in the female leads, who are quick to see through any misunderstandings which could potentially bog down the plot.

COMMENTS FOR THE WORLD GOD ONLY KNOWS
Yamada-kun to Nananin no Majo and Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai form a new genre themselves. We're yet to see more like this, but somehow the idea both of them have is appealing. Approaching to the Harem genre in such a distinct way, without having a girl falling in love in each episode because of the MC's generosity, the lead ends up being "forced" to get the girl of the episode. That is, if it's only one episode for that girl. Unfortunately Yamada-kun is apparenty getting only one season(I think) but if you enjoyed Kami Nomi or is enjoying Yamada-kun, there is literally no reason to skip the other.

COMMENTS FOR YOUR NAME.
Both deal with a girl and a boy switching bodies. Both fight to regain memory after loosing it. Although yamadakun is more of a comedy but enjoyable. If you like one then will like the other.

At first glance, these shows don't seem particularly similar, but when I was watching Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches, I kept being reminded of Oregairu. I later realized that they were similar in that they both focus on a high school club where a group of people attempt to help other people in the school with their problems (the Service Club in Oregairu obviously did this, and the research on the school's witches done by the Supernatural Studies Club in Yamada-kun led to the club's members helping the witches they found sort out their problems). Overall, while the focus of the shows is different, the similarities between them made me feel like the shows went hand in hand (also, for the record, I really liked both shows).

COMMENTS FOR TRINITY SEVEN
Both main character gets involved with 7 people which changes his daily life and on the other hand changes also the 7 people's personality or daily routines.
Both anime shows harem but more especially in Trinity Seven, while in Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo it shows romance.
Both are comedies.

COMMENTS FOR LOVE TYRANT
These anime both have a lot to do with the concept of the kiss, and the main premise being based around it (getting powers from kissing, having to kiss because it's a death note spoof).
Both also have very good comedic aspects, with a variety of female characters that coordinate well with the male MC.

COMMENTS FOR DATE A LIVE
So both of these involve a teen boy getting dragged into a fantasy-like world which involves kissing some girls. Yamada has to kiss people for certain reasons that are explained in the anime and then Shido kisses the spirit girls to lock away their spirit powers. So in a way they are quite similar, both are about one boy and a group of girls pretty much with some supporting characters here and there. They are both heavily comedy with some romance. So I think if you enjoyed one you should like the other.
COMMENTS FOR D-FRAG!
These two anime's comedy is top-notch. The situations that the characters get into are very enjoyable and interesting. It keeps you wanting more.
Both MCs of the shows are delinquents and are badasses!
The girls also have different colored hair so they're very easy to like :D

COMMENTS FOR WITCH CRAFT WORKS
If you like magic and witches, you can also try Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo.
One of the main characters in Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo is also a witch which is a top student, but the use of magic is more subtle in Yamada-kun.

COMMENTS FOR THE MELANCHOLY OF HARUHI SUZUMIYA
The two really remind me of one another. The characters and their dynamics are a notch different with a different premise, but the style of entertainment with the humor and interesting character reactions provide the same sort of effect for me. Not to say that their quality is on par (I'll just let the individual decide that), only that how they provided entertainment to me (comedy, character drama, and such) were on very similar wavelengths.

COMMENTS FOR NISEKOI: FALSE LOVE
Nisekoi and Yamada-kun are the two romantic shonen respectively of Shounen Jump and Shounen Magazine. And both improve clearly in the manga.
COMMENTS FOR KIZNAIVER
The main characters all get together through a power that has connected them.
Both are in a school with most of the story being character driven.
