COMMENTS FOR NORAGAMI
o start, both have fairly similar premises. Noragami is about a girl named Hiyori Iki who is hit by a car and saved by "Delivery God" Yato. However, as she did not get completely protected, her soul now randomly separates from her body, causing her to get mixed in with the world of the gods. Hanako-kun is about Yashiro Nene who summons the Seventh Wonder of her school, Hanako-kun of the Bathroom, to wish for love. Out of desperation to fulfill her wish, Nene accidentally gives herself the Mermaid's curse. In order to help weaken the curse, Hanako shares it with her in exchange for becoming her personal servant, therefore getting mixed up with all the apparitions of the school. Basically, both are about a girl who ends up mixed up with spirits and has to rely on a powerful spirit to help them.
The two anime also have many similar characters; a powerful yet secretly vulnerable spirit, an innocent high school girl, and that one dude who hops along for every adventure. Hanako-kun and Noragami also have as much comedy as they do action. On one hand, Noragami's humor is mostly about Yato being greedy, stingy, and a troublemaker in general. On the other hand, Hanako-kun is literally every character bullying Nene about her Daikon legs, Nene crying three times per episode (on average), and a trap screaming and crying fearfully over everything that happens every 0.2 seconds. Personally, I enjoy the wider variety of Hanako-kun's humor a bit more, but this is based solely on preference.
Finally, and most importantly, the opening themes for these anime are absolute jams. Noragami has great openings from Hello Sleepwalkers (Goya no Machiawase) and The Oral Cigarettes (Kyouran Hey Kids!!). However, I enjoy the Hanako-kun opening much more by Jibaku Shounen Band (No.7), simply due to the great visuals and just the song in general. Of course, Noragami's also has great visuals, but they are more monochromatic (not in a bad way at all) than Hanako-kun that looks like he tried to eat the entire Crayola crayon set, then proceeded to throw it up into a beautiful mess of visuals and color.
Overall, both are great anime and I highly recommend both.
Yokai anime with an mc with similar personality who befriends a young girl and blonde male main also joins their party afterwards for both shows. The main characters from both shows are pretty much the same. Hanako= Yato, Nene= Hiyori, Minamoto= Yukine. Both of these series seems to have monsters/yokais that are created by the minds of the public. The comedy and action sequences can also be very similar. Main character seems to have a dark past that he hides by acting silly. Their backstories are very similar.

COMMENTS FOR DUSK MAIDEN OF AMNESIA
An unsuspecting student meets the infamous ghost who's been haunting their school for the past few decades - and this meeting is just the beginning...
The basic premise is the same, just genderswapped. Dusk Maiden also is a lot more romance-focused, rather than comedic. In both series, however, you'll find a bold visual style and aesthetic.

COMMENTS FOR FRUITS BASKET
There are a lot of similarities in character dynamics.
*Both have a girl being taken into the world of the supernatural by some mysterious/secretive boy she just meets.
*It’s not really a romantic relationship, at least not at first
*The girl ends up uncovering more about the boy’s tragic past.
*The character Kyou Souma is really similar to Kou since they both have orange hair, cat-like features, are very loud and kind of a tsundere. They also both happen to hold a grudge against the guy the girl meets.
Some people might be put off by the old style, but if you like character development you should give fruits basket a try

COMMENTS FOR YO-KAI WATCH
If you're into yōkai lore, you'll really love both Hanako-kun and Yōkai Watch. Not only are both shows about yōkai. They're also both mostly episodic with a new yōkai being introduced each episode. In both series the protagonist has to befriend the yōkai that are causing trouble for their classmates and family. (Well, just classmates in the case of Hanako-kun.) Both protagonists have a yōkai assistant who claims to be more knowledgable about other yōkai then he actually is.

COMMENTS FOR DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA
These animes both have supernatural interactions and fun stories. Tanjiro and Hanako are both trying to beat the evil side even though their both afraid of doing it so. Tsukasa and Muzan both created a source of evil in a violent way.
These two animes have a lot in common which is why I think their a good match up.

COMMENTS FOR KATANAGATARI
The art of both shows are very unique with thick lines, bright colours and a style that isn't very common in anime. I felt the same watching the two shows and I was impressed with the art in both shows. For me personally the aesthetics are a big part of why I've enjoyed a show and both of these two shows left me wanting more anime with a unique touch to the artwork. Other than that both shows are good quality stories that you get invested in. So if the feel of a show is important to you I would recommend trying it out.

COMMENTS FOR MUHYO & ROJI'S BUREAU OF SUPERNATURAL INVESTIGATION
Both shows deal with spirits, ghosts, urban legends and the exorcising thereof, and have a slightly creepy element to them. Both shows also have a young, enigmatic and charismatic title character whose past is shrouded in mystery and is hard to figure out in terms of what he's actually thinking and feeling. Both shows start off more episodic with a monster-of-the-week plot. The overall vibe and atmosphere I've gotten from Hanako-kun reminds me a lot of Muhyo and Roji as well.

COMMENTS FOR IN/SPECTRE
Welp, I can say, the shows is kinda same, but most of them not.
Unlike Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun, the main character of Kyokou Suiri serial is a demigod. Both series is talking about somewhat of "demolishing" the exaggerated youkai(s).

COMMENTS FOR GEGEGE NO KITARO (2018)
Both have a lot similarities on the series: the main character are youkai, they're exterminating youkai(s) that have been too exaggerated on their (youkai) task. Based on appearing, they'll appear some time at afternoon-evening, AND THE MAIN CHARA ARE SHOTA. :V
But the differences, there's plenty of them;
- The place plot: GeGeGe is kinda random, but Hanako-kun is only on school.
- Weapons for exterminate? I think so
- And some of them that categorized as spoiler ._.
