COMMENTS FOR WE NEVER LEARN: BOKUBEN
5-toubun no Hanayome is a show that revolves around a main male lead whose objective is to teach a group of girls. The aforementioned is the plot of Bokuachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai as well.
The shows atmospheres are similar with slight hints of romantic development but for the most part, it's lighthearted comedy. Misunderstandings are prevalent in both shows, generic onsen episodes and similar lighthearted fun are existent.
Basically the same concept: a lucky guy gets to tutor some cute girls, each with a different personality, and they come to some really embarrassing cases.
The girls of the shows start to feel a little attracted by the male main character, even though he usually doesn't get the hint.
Cliché school harem anime.
Like Quintessential Quintuplets, We Never Learn is a harem romantic comedy that starts out about a student tutoring his classmates. All of the characters are lovable and have their own unique quirks, like the quintuplet sisters. If Quintuplets left you wanting more harem drama, or compelling character development, or perhaps just a good old fashioned ecchi rom-com, then We Never Learn is the show to watch next.

COMMENTS FOR NISEKOI: FALSE LOVE
Considering you've read all the other recommendations regarding the similarities between the two, I only want to add just a few words to make sure you won't regret the path you're about to take.
It's true that 5-toubun no Hanayome and Nisekoi look very similar at the first glance, and are bounded together by the same type of genres, BUT their individual story and ways to progress it separates them worlds apart.
Do not expect to find a "sister" anime going from Nisekoi to 5-toubun no Hanayome or vice versa.
If you want to enjoy them both at their full extent, be sure to have no expectations of being alike one or the other.
You may find multiple in-between similarities but they all are on a superficial level which I do not want them to hype you up for a later disappointment.

COMMENTS FOR DOMESTIC GIRLFRIEND
Both animes are an 2019 winter season's adaptation of the romantic harem manga from Shonen Magazine, which are dedicated to MC’s relationship with several girls who are sisters. They even received a joint cover a few days before the premiere. At the same time, these shows are opposite in their portrayal of romance, while Go-Toubun is mostly quite subtle about the affections of girls, Kanojo openly depicts the romantic and sexual life of the characters. In addition, the first show is a lighthearted comedy, while the second is a somewhat dark melodrama.

COMMENTS FOR TORADORA!
Both of these series gives of a similar kind of vibe, funny and relaxing but yet dramatic and serious at the same time. While watching 5-toubun i couldn't stop thinking of Toradora. Both Fuutarou and Ryuuji are very similar male leads in terms of looks and personalities.

COMMENTS FOR MY TEEN ROMANTIC COMEDY SNAFU
-Both have main characters that avoid people but are suddenly thrown into a situation where they are forced to play nice with girls they don't enjoy the company of at first
-Both have a female lead that immediately is open and friendly to the protagonist despite his standoffishness, and a female lead that has no desire to get along with the protagonist whatsoever (more than one in the case of 5-toubun no Hanayome)
-Both involve the antisocial main characters eventually being drawn out to social events by the female characters where drama and hilarity ensues
COMMENTS FOR ORESHURA
Of course these two are similar because they are both your standard, vanilla harem show, but what what makes them noticeably connected is the main male leads mentality. Both are very studious and value education more than your typical youthful fantasies, especially the idea of falling in love. They share this sentiment largely because they want to help their family financially. The art styles are both surprisingly unique but similar to each other. Boasting bright pastel colors and giving the female characters bold hair colors that really make them stand out.

COMMENTS FOR WHEN SUPERNATURAL BATTLES BECAME COMMONPLACE

COMMENTS FOR THE FRUIT OF GRISAIA
Both anime have central plots of an MC with a serious demeanor, who tries to help each of the 5 main girls accept themselves and each other. The part that differs and makes QQ so enjoyable, by dodging cliches in present in most harems the show is able to stay funny. So if you liked Grisaia but wished for a more lighthearted, wholesome and a bigger emphasis on romance, I 100% recommend QQ.

COMMENTS FOR GREAT TEACHER ONIZUKA
Both anime are similar in the sense that they involve a guy trying to teach a group of trouble makers. Onizuka teaches an entire class while Uesugi is a student tutoring five girls who are quintuplets. Over the coarse of both shows, the students start off hating both of them, but gradually open up to Onizuka and Uesugi. It’s an uphill battle for these two to gain their students’ trust, but they win them over as the show progresses. If you’re into bonds between characters starting off weak, but getting stronger as time passes, you might like these shows.

COMMENTS FOR MONTHLY GIRLS' NOZAKI-KUN
While both series, at a first glance, do seem to share few besides what constitutes a regular basis for romantic comedy shows, it is arguable they both make you feel in a similar mood.
First off, two things that could stick with a viewership might be how the comedy lightens up any previous state of mind, and also how colourful the art strikes.
On the one hand, we have a harem setting based on tutoring; on the other, two protagonists bonding closer by sharing a hobby. However, both shows permit the budding of a romantic bonding, with a tendency from our quintuplets to dramatise a bit? Let's let you discover.

COMMENTS FOR MONSTER MUSUME: EVERYDAY LIFE WITH MONSTER GIRLS
I think that is similar, and I'm not gonna say anything cuz ur guna have to watch it for urself
COMMENTS FOR CLANNAD
Solitary pieces offering help. Clannad and The Quintessential Quintuplets both use solitary pieces, delinquent Tomoya and introvert Nagisa for Clannad, and loner Fuutarou for Quintessential Quintuplets for as the object who leads the helping hand.
With Clannad, both MCs are used to solve the heroines' personal problems respectively. Quintessential Quintuplets is the same though the Nakano sisters problems are academic-related rather than personal.
Both are good rom-coms, however, Clannad leans towards supernatural and dramatic elements, giving Quintessential Quintuplets a view from a harem side.

COMMENTS FOR RASCAL DOES NOT DREAM OF BUNNY GIRL SENPAI
Loners offering help. The Quintessential Quintuplets and Bunny Girl Senpai feature loner MCs Fuutarou and Sakuta respectively, in which, they offer support to the different heroines they are situated with.
Bunny Girl Senpai uses outcast Sakuta and gives him different social problems of heroines in the form of the supernatural to try and solve. Quintessential Quintuplets is less drastic in that Fuutarou only needs to play the tutor for the Nakano sisters in hopes that they pass until graduation.
Both anime are good rom-coms in a school setting with Bunny Girl Senpai being supernatural and dramatic, whilst Quintessential Quintuplets offers harem.
