COMMENTS FOR KILL LA KILL
Kill la Kill and Space Patrol Luluco are very high action and animated by studio Trigger. A main character of Kill La Kill (Mako) is high energy, carefree, and simple and the main character in Space Patrol Luluco is also carefree and strives to be as simple as possible. Each story takes place in a sci-fi school setting and pulls the viewer in with it's unique art-style and diverse setting. If you enjoyed the high energy, simple comedy, and sci-fi twist in either show I'd recommend trying the other.
COMMENTS FOR FLCL
Wacky, fast-paced, and cartoony scifi-comedies with strong themes about adolescence, love, and belonging. FLCL has far more depth as a character study while Luluco is more of a pure comedy, but on a general level they are extremely similar. They share some key staff as well.

COMMENTS FOR INFERNO COP
Short anime both done by Trigger, features emphasis on justice and the police department. Parodies many issues with law enforcement and tropes in media. Luluco has more impressive animation than Inferno Cop, but still maintain the same high octane tone that Trigger is known for.

Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt and Uchuu Patrol Luluco share extremely similar animation styles- cartoony, simple, yet endearing. They are both easily recognizable and easy to point out in a crowd. Both series rely on absurd and wacky plotlines with endless references and crossovers. COMMENTS FOR FLIP FLAPPERS
Colorful and bold designs, zany and fast-paced action, adventures in bizarre worlds. Luluco and Cocona get dragged into strange adventures which, although they are unwilling at first, they both come to enjoy. Flip Flappers and Space Patrol Luluco are wild rides bursting with energy, making both a joy to watch.

COMMENTS FOR MAGICAL☆SHOPPING ARCADE ABENOBASHI
Abenobashi and Luluco. Both series show satires / parodies to other series, in an adventure trying to find its true home, between so many parallel worlds. The protagonists will see different versions of their world, which are products of magic (in Abenobashi) or Science Fiction (in Luluco), although everything can always be a nonsense.

COMMENTS FOR MAGICAL CIRCLE
Both are fast paced and gag focused.
They both have lots of high-octane action and high quality animation to back it up.
The character are strange and wacky and are where most of the comedy comes from
The main characters both want to be normal despite living around so many weird people.
While Space Patrol Luluco is delivered in small shots of comedy in 7 minutes, Guru guru spans twenty minutes and still manages to keep the jokes fresh and entertaining throughout.
Luluco is like Guru guru but in space with intergalactic battles and Guru guru is like Luluco but in an old school rpg adventure which parodies said genre.
COMMENTS FOR KAIBA
Both are pretty sci-fi like, and ultimately revolve around a love story. Both are pretty bizarre, strange and unusual. Although Luluco is much more of a wacky comedy, while Kaiba is much darker, but does have elements of humor as well.

COMMENTS FOR GUNBUSTER
Watching Uchuu Patrol Luluco really reminds me to Top wo Nerae! a.k.a. Gunbuster, I almost think it's a reference to it (or it indeed is?)
- Both main characters are red-haired girl who fight against extra-terrestial beings who threatens Earth
- Both starts off as an ordinary student of a space-oriented school
- Something bad happened to their parents that made them forcibly recruited to an organization
- Both have love interest
- Both have some epic moments
If you like Uchuu Patrol Luluco I think you will also like Gunbuster.

COMMENTS FOR HACKA DOLL THE ANIMATION
While most of the studio trigger has been working on many large scale projects there was small team which was focused on these "shorts" (shows with short episodes) which are in many ways better than their large scale projects. These short shows seem like passion projects which frequently reference Trigger's (and Ginax's) past works. Unfortunately these shows are still overshadowed by popularity of Trigger's larger projects.

COMMENTS FOR SWEET VALERIAN
Very energetic parodies/meta-parodies of the magical girl genre. Stylistically quite Western but with a clear Japanese base.
Great fun!
Sweet Valerian is pretty old, but rest assured, the animation is still top notch for a 3min short from its time.

Both are funny, stylish and cartoony cartoons about aliens in a futuristic environment, with a dash of puppy-love romance.
They're both very colorful, fun to look at with great animation, and around 10 min episodes, not too short or long.
